Personally, I don't think whatsApp groups should be created. A typical group on whatsApp accepts roughly 200 participants and nothing more. Going through previous threads for example that of 2017, 2018, 2019 I have learnt a lot about the recruitment process as a whole, gotten ideas and even past questions from the discussions in there. I believe this has been beneficial to a lot of people. Why then are we constraining information from here by creating whatsApp groups. With that, I feel we will have limited information here. To me, all this isn't really necessary.

Lol, DSS simply means “Department of state services” while that which pertains to the Nigerian Navy is “Navy Dssc” the acronym stands for “direct short service commission” which trains graduates to become naval officers. It’s after the said training and passing out that there are commissioned as naval officers and then their ranking starts.

DSS or DSSC is not a rank
That recruitment process and training has just been concluded.

For the first question, the answer is C. "FERN" is the only word that can be formed from the words in capital. The idea to the question is, which word can you form subsequently from it. The answer isn't A because the word Finger is in the question and has been formed already. Also, it is not B either because the word PRINTING has been formed already. Lastly, it cant be D because you cant form "Granite" from the words in capital, there is no letter "A" in "FINGERPRINTING" to form Granite. Same applies to the second question. I hope this helps you. Is there any lawyer who applied and has been shortlisted for the test? If yes, do you have an idea on the kind of questions to expect for the skilled test section. Thank you.

Questions about what was asked in law please?

I applied for Energy and environmental law last year. About 10 of the questions were on Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) Arbitration, mediation and conciliation . Questions varied like which of them is it’s decision binding and can be adopted by the courts. But generally on ADR.
About 5 questions were on “GECF” Gas exporting countries Forum . The full meaning of the acronym, when it was founded ,the location of it’s headquarters, the member countries , it’s objectives . There was a question on either NDDC or NNPC I can’t recall which . But it was more about the founding date etc .

I could recall questions on Gas exploration, some terms on how it’s extracted , the processes etc .
I wrote on the second day , the first set that wrote a day before for law had different set of questions which was on the different oil contracts and concessions .

In summary , that was last year. I hope it gives you a clue on what to expect .
