Since you've been truthful on trust issue condition, what you'd do is get dollar at the parallel market or maybe at diamond bank too and pay into the guy's Dom account.
Sign up on AliExpress.com (if you've not done that), search for your desired device (choose from xiaomi online, dreami, Eternal or Smartgo stores).
