If I were the people mentioned in this matter, I would SHUT UP. Leave NL for a while and let the whole hot breeze cool down.

Or better still, bbiter, do the most honourable thing by saying SORRY..."I'm sorry to everyone I've betrayed."...and Mean IT.

Bstabber, your case is currently processing in the hands of Sango.

adecz:
Simple & straight forward.
A) Ingredients:
250 grams of flour.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
3/4 teaspoon of yeast
Tablespoon of margarine.
B) Method:
*Put flour in mixing bowl, add your salt & sugar & mix (as dry ingredients).
*Get about 1/2 a mug(regular size) of WARM water (not HOT) & add the yeast & a little sugar. You may also add your margarine into the warm water to melt.
*Cover the cup of yeast in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
*By 20 to 30 mins, your yeast is fully activated.
*slowly pour the yeast water into dry ingredients & slowly mix. The goal is to attain the consistency of hard pounded yam.
* now knead or mix (with hands) for 5 minutes to get an even consistency. Roll into ball, cover & leave in a warm place for about 30 to 60 mins.
* Bring it out, Cut into about 2 to 4 portions, mill with a rolling pin & shape into balls.
Put them is an oiled container, cover & allow it rise for about 40 min in a warm place. by now they would be about 4 times original size. 10 minutes b4 the end of the 40 mins, set your oven to 200 to 250°c.
*At end of 40 mins, remove the cover from the dough & pop into the preheated oven.
Oven time is about 20 minutes.

Enjoy with fried eggs or beef stew. & send me your first samples via WhatsApp!!! grin
