Hmmm.... Shoptomydoor is by far the best shipping company I have seen around. My friend who introduced me had a delay and was perfectly handled as promised. I never had any issue for over 3 years I have been with them. I wonder why you can't go to resolve your case amicably but resulted to a forum. Well it your decision, no better company than shoptomydor when it comes to shipping to Nigeria from US. They are my definition of peace of mind

You will find that it contradicts every promise made in their promotional materials. For example you are promised a delivery date. This promise is why some of us transact with shoptomydoor and it should only be broken if there are circumstances outside shoptomydoor control. But in there terms and condition there is a blanket disclaimer on the promise and therefore if for any reason your goods are delayed you can not hold shoptomydoor responsible.

True, I am aware of the refund thing with Shoptomydoor although I have never had any of my items damaged or missing. I am sure for that damage to occur it must be something beyond shoptomydoor's control, for over a year I have been shipping with Shoptomydoor, the packaging has always top notch. Sometimes I wonder how much times they put in the packaging. The items they delivered to me and those that I picked up has been excellent.

This is quite true. I have gotten a refund from them for an item that got damaged when I shipped with them. I didn't even need to pay insurance, apparently that comes free. The company is quite committed to their words. They made sure I got a full refund in 24 hours even though the item was damaged in transit and couldn't possibly be their fault. Even the process of getting the refund wasn't stressful at all. More kudos to them, they're doing great.

Isn't it amazing that this company called shoptomydoor has a better way of handling the fears of Nigerians? I mean, they are the only shipping company in Nigeria that I know will you pay you back the entire money spent on shipping any item as well as the money spent on buying the item back to you, if by any means the products you are shipping through them at Shoptomydoor gets missing or damaged.

Do you know any other shipping company like shoptomydoor? Because, for me they are just too good to be true. I have experienced their goodness and promised to update people on them. Shoptomydoor is a reliable shipping company.

Since I discovered Shoptomydoor, shipping from USA has been as easy as anything. I used to have a lot of issues with my customers because I sell hair here in Nigeria, and I usually buy them from USA. Because of the shipping company I was using, I was starting to lose customers because I kept delaying or running out of stock. I haven't looked back since then. My customers always come to me first because they know I always have what they want in stock. They even have a refund policy of 100% refund if anything happens and even though nothing has happened, I still love the fact that I can always get my money back if anything does. They're just the best.

When did you order your item? Shoptomydoor's delivery period takes about 8 days, but most times if your lucky you get it b4 6 days, their pickup day is any day (i'm not sure of weekends), as long as your item is in Nigeria, just call their customer service to know if your item done reach, before you waste money for transport.

I use myusa and shoptomydoor. I prefer shoptomydoor, they have an office here in Lagos and they have a 24hr refund policy should in case your goods get lost, although i dont pray for that. check www.shoptomydoor.com . Please what are you shopping for, i sell designer clothes.

I have been there before. find a Nigerian shipping company based in US. most of them give free warehouse address and you can shop from Amazon with the addy then the shipping company will ship it to Nigeria for you. A lot of scam shipping companies out there, so find one you can trust. Hope this helps?
