What do you expect from someone who takes advice only from a madman? He talks anyhow. His mouth is faster than his brain
Politics › Re: Atiku Blasts INEC Over Ramadan Election Date Controversy by duro4chang(m):
LibertyRep:
He's actually right. Let's face the truth.

The rigors of election require strength. You can't be at your best while fasting.
As if you and Atiku are the only one fasting. Don't you do your daily work during fasting periods? As if people in other parties are not fasting
Celebrities › Re: Davido Discontinues Legal Action Over Custody Of Daughter Imade by duro4chang(m): 11:25am On Feb 14
festacman:
On thing this Sophie Momodu must note is that all these fight will be useless once Imade hit age of 18. She will leave for uni and become independent and free to associate with whoever she wants. She might tend more towards Davido leaving her as a mum in avoidable bitterness and emptiness of heart. By then she would know realise the wisdom of what Tonto Dike did.

She should reconcile immediately and have a peaceful co-parenting that will put Imade, Davido and herself in a win-win situation in both short and long term. Children grow up quickly and leave behind an empty nest. Life is short and should be enjoyed.
it was not Sophia that went to court. Be careful before you comment

The difference is that … those countries you mentioned have reputable governments.. systems in place to track corruption and wastage… same cannot be said for your country …there are men licking their lips now to loot everything dry when they find the opportunity
People have the type of government they deserve. You are not Better than your government.

Politics › Re: Transfer Or Transmission Of Results Won't Determine Peter Obi Or Atiku's Victory by duro4chang(m): 7:38am On Feb 12
kayjordan:
(CANDID OPINION - The purpose of getting the numbers across to INEC Headquarters, is to file them and present them as final results but a lot of energy is spent on the process because of past experiences. Truth be told that even with either method of distribution, there will still be one controversy to another.

What's the solution?

NONE for now! To satisfy both sides of the argument, let there be transmission of results real-time and paper transfer of results when necessary.

The reason I say this is because: Nigeria hasn't developed to a stage where we can be fully confident with either method. Aside that, the citizens are used to a corrupt culture that makes cooperation and adherence to laws almost unrealistic.

The settling fact that should lay this matter to rest is "accepting the system for what it is". Protests and online arguments won't change the current framework that holds Nigeria yet.

But of course; if you prefer real-time transfer of election results then this is what i recommend as last resort: Given the facts of Nigerian attitudes, poor infrastructure and high population - the population of voters for 2026/2027 election should be reduced to an accommodating figure for an uninterrupted transmission of results. So instead of 30 million voters, the system should have 15 million voters registered to represent the total view of the nation.

I am very sure that there is no system you bring that the losers will not complain. In 2020 following the release of the US election which Trump was defeated, Trump said the election was manipulated. We all know what happened thereafter.
Elon musk was also against electronic voting.

A situation where a party is popular in a particular area and both the INEC officials and all part agents agree to change the figures nkor?
Politics › Re: Electronic Transmission Of Election Results Is Not Theoretical by duro4chang(m): 9:17am On Feb 11
“What is the meaning of real time? We are not voting electronically in Nigeria, the word ‘real time’ in this context is actually superfluous. It doesn’t on its own give you a transparent election.

“The primary evidence of who won an election is the EC8A. INEC compels presiding officers to transmit the result to IREV. That is good enough for us.”

Time will tell . The same electronic voting that is being criticized where it's being practiced. I am sure 💯 after election some people are coming to complain again.

Politics › Re: This Is The Worst Opposition In The History Of This Country - Morris Monye by duro4chang(m): 6:53am On Feb 06
The so called opposition are not opposition but disgruntled elements. Majority of them are not happy because Tinubu did not include them in his government hence, the became opposions overnight. El Rufai, for example. Aregbesola is in opposition because he has trouble with Tinubu. Besides, almost all of them have been in power in the past, what did they do better. Obi is not even an opposition but a desperate lazy politician who wants to be president.
Politics › Re: Kwara Killings: Did The US Strike Anger Terrorists In Nigeria? by duro4chang(m): 1:41pm On Feb 05
ibrandtv:
On February 3, 2026, villages in Nigeria’s Kwara State—Woro and Nuku—were turned into killing fields.

At least 162 people were slaughtered in one of the deadliest assaults in recent memory, bodies lying in charred compounds, hands bound, homes razed, and survivors fleeing into surrounding bushland.

Amnesty International and Red Cross teams have described the massacre as a brazen manifestation of Nigeria’s spiraling insecurity.

But beyond the immediate horror lies a deeper, far more unsettling geopolitical question: Did recent U.S. military actions in Nigeria contribute to this bloody backlash?

Not at all. The US strike did not achieve anything. It was useless. The US need to intensify it strike. The one done on 24th of December was a total failure. It should come repeatedly with full force. Without that those criminals will be more emboldened.

Obiedun:
Your post reveals many things about you. One, you are not what you claim you are. Two, you have accepted defeat even before election. Third, you are confused.
Who will vote obi? Why is it that you people rely more on emotion rather than reality? If obi is sure of himself let him join new party and contest for the election since you claim he is popular. Someone who is not even sure of the party he belongs to. In ADC, Atiku is the automatic candidate. Obi can only be a running mate. Obi can never be president.
