according to the screenshot I didn't see the 180$ payment you said he help pay for after the first money was refunded. If it's the 178$ I am seeing there the item already shipped and no refund was issued. After your payment there were other successful payment and it wasn't refunded. The "issue" written by the seller doesn't give enough details,it could be issues from the sellers side.


Some exchangers doesn't even welcome refunds atall,I know of someone on this thread that won't pay for refund if he has successfully paid for the invoice Infact there is a pending $135 that was refunded to him two days ago,he acknowledged the money but as he already tell you before trasaction at the initial stage,he won't pay for any refund or what ever.

I just hope you guys will be able to find a mutual settlement to this
