repaired my AC 5000wats stabilizer yesterday ,thanks to my inverter, all i did was to buy a 60watts soldering iron and changed the element inside to a 20w elements or u can buy a 20w soldering iron in the market, no light when i got back home from work,but plugged in the 20w soldering iron to my ups, opened the 5000w stabilizer , 'cos i already bought all transistors,relay and diodes , for 3 hours the soldering iron was on the 650va ups and eventually i finished repairing my 5000w stabilizer all by myself, all all 15 damaged circuit changed, with no nepa light but just ups inverter,
if u repair electronic or u know how to to fix damaged circuit on electronic panels, try my style ,it works fine

IN THESE TIMES OF RECESSION, SOME NIGERIANS ARE TRYING TO SEE HOW THEY CAN USE WHAT THEY HAVE TO ACHIEVE WHAT THEY WANT OR AS THEY SAY " USING THE AVAILABLE TO ACHIEVE THE DESIRABLE. THE EPILEPTIC POWER SUPPLY IN THE COUNTRY AND THE ATTENDANT COST OF RUNNING GENERATORS GOT ME THINKING OF HOW TO REDUCE THE COST OF RUNNING MY GENERATOR.
FIRST, I HAD TO PURCHASE AN LPG CARBURETOR TO RUN MY GENERATOR. THAT WAS WHEN 12.5 KG LPG COOKING GAS WAS AROUND #3,500:00 IN PORT HARCOURT. IT LATER WENT UP TO #4,200:00. MORE SO, IT LASTED ONLY 7 DAYS WHEN USED AT 4HRS PER DAY. MY GENERATOR BRAND IS SUMEC FIREMAN 3000. THIS GOT ME THINKING, SO AS A DIY FREAK, I SEARCHED FOR AN ALTERNATIVE WAY OF RUNNING MY GENERATOR WITH LESS FUEL CONSUMPTION. I GOT A SOLUTION AS I ALWAYS BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO SOLVE A PROBLEM.

MY SOLUTION CAME FROM FIRST CONVERTING LIQUID FUEL{PETROL) TO VAPOR AND THEN RUNNING MY GENERATOR ON THE VAPOR. THE THEORY IS THIS, LIQUID FUEL DOES NOT BURN. IT ONLY BURNS IN VAPOR OR GASEOUS STATE. THE FUEL IN A GENERATOR'S CARBURETOR ENTERS THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER IN A MIST FORM. MISTS ARE LIKE LIQUID DROPLETS. THEY CONTAIN MORE FUEL THAN WHEN THE LIQUID FUEL IS CONVERTED TO VAPOR. MY VAPOR FUEL DESIGN HAS GONE THROUGH SEVERAL STAGES,MODELS. I'LL POST A FEW PICTURES OF MY DESIGN. I WISH I KNEW HOW TO POST VIDEOS. I WOULD HAVE DONE IT.
THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT PRESENTLY, I AM RUNNING MY GENERATOR ON FUEL VAPOR. COMBUSTION IS COMPLETE, THERE IS SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN MY FUEL USAGE. MY GENERATOR RUN TIME IS LONGER QED.

I ADVICE NIGERIANS TO LOOK INWARD FOR SOLUTIONS TO OUR PROBLEMS. THANK YOU. TRANSPIX.
