I honestly don't think he's a fraud though I haven't done anything yet with him. He's been long in nairaland selling his data with little or no complaints from his clients. I think this issue is just an exception and not the norm. Besides he has responded so bury the hatchet..

If you follow the instructions I gave you must get the result I'm getting. I think you are doing something else or you are missing at some point.
Note that before you subscribe, you must be on pulse and the subscription code is *131*103# Is that what you did? If yes, then check your data balance by sending 2 in an sms to 131 to view your bonus.
You can post a screen shot of your data balance so I can see where the problem is coming from.

I migrated to pulse using mtn quick menu and was welcomed to pulse by their system before I subscribed

What mtn is doing with that plan is deplorable. Imagine making bold claim to give 100mb that turns out to be almost less than 1mb. Its unfair and I have called their cc to complain all to no avail....
