Nice looking website, fantastic idea but there seems to be a few small issues:

- missing alt attributes on several images.
- HTML validation errors
- there are multiple google analytics tracking scripts (wonder if this causes incorrect analytic reports)
- the url with w w w does not redirect to the same URL as without which can cause duplicate content problems.
- the website seems a bit slow (check page speed results)

The layout is OK but there are a few problems:

- The facebook/contact us menu obstructs category menu and your logo on lower resolution screens. Why not to make the "category" menu floating the same way and include the facebook stuff under it?

- Also the search box gets pushed under the top menu bar at times.

- Your website requires a minimum browser width of 1366 pixels too look good which is way too high. You can use [url="http://webpagesize.net"]webpage size[/url] preview tool to test it in various screen resolutions. I recommend to make your site 960 pixels wide which will cover all popular screen resolutions including smartphones like iphone4.

- There are several images that do not have ALT attribute which helps with SEO and accessibility.

- You not using header tags correctly. (h1 - h6)

- There are 85 HTML markup validation errors.

- You are using nested HTML table for layout.

- There is a lot of things you can do to speed up your website. For example optimize images and leverage browser caching.

You can really achieve the same with both Joomla and WordPress. Question is what organization you are building the website for and what is the budget. Wordpress has really slick and easy user interface so that is why it is so popular. Also there is another popular CMS called Drupal. It has even larger community than Joomla and and all modules are free.

- Why not to add a map to the contact page?
- Put address and one phone number in the footer. It will help with local searches.
- Currently you have one w3c markup validation error that is easy to fix.

The layout is OK however none of the links currently work. Also the animated images of the products a are very poor quality and will divert any potential customer from shopping.

Overall very nice layout but the little squares in the header background do not work for me. The slogan "... sports kits to fit" is not very readable partly because of these squares. It would be nice if the main categories would stand out when mouse over (maybe a border or text glow would work).
