To me from 11:54pm december 31st and 12:03am january 1st is not up to 24hrs, its just 9mins late or 9min difference, so they are twins. And you can't rate the first child one year older because it takes 365days to make up 1year or even 366days to make up one leap year, so you cant compare just 9mins to 365days or 366days. 2 Likes |

To me from 11:54pm december 31st and 12:03am january 1st is not up to 24hrs, its just 9mins late or 9min difference, so they are twins.
