Please, go ahead and make your purchase. Based on what I know about this guy, he wouldn't, I repeat he would not advertise this land if he has not done his due diligence on it. I wish I'm allowed to grant you money back guarantee, just to assure you that you are not making any mistake. Yes, a lot of good things can come out of NL. I'm a living witness. I have benefited a lot, be wise though and know when truth is being spoken. Do your own investigation and learn not to reject a hidden treasure because it's too good to be true. Why do you think he'll advertise something like this without doing his due diligence This guy is a Lawyer for God's sake, do you think he doesn't care about his license for him to sell fake property . He knows there are people here who will strip him of his license if any fraudulent activity is noted. Please do not rubbish someone's efforts in ignorance. All Lawyer has been doing is show us where the hidden treasures are located.

I know this young and kind hearted young man, done business with him, still doing with him, and will always do business with him He's a man of integrity. Have other Lawyers, but he's number one on my list cos he knows what it means to be a Lawyer. From all my dealings with him, I count myself blessed for knowing him. There's no way I would have known Okun-Mopo or Okun Ajah in my life if not for Lawyer's introduction. Calm down and let the Holy spirit speak blessings into your life. This attitude of doubting just because the country is full of fraudsters, will not prosper anyone. Settle down, check anything you doubt before making any allegations. I'm in the process of building my home and I need an idea on I much it will cost for the building plan/design plus the building permit  I will like to have a one storey building with one car garrage, two bedrooms on the ground level including the guest room plus a laundry room. Three bedrooms on the first floor with a family room.  At least one bathroom on the ground floor and two on the first floor. This is a plot of land in Okun Ajah with 120' x 60' size. I will appreciate any constructive feedback for anyone with such experience. Any architech in the house ?

When will our people in Nigeria begin to appreciate truth? Mr. Lawyer thank you soooooo much for exposing those fraudsters (they know themselves). All they like to do is come here and defraud people ( especially those abroad) of their hard earned money . Please, carry-on with your crusade against liars, we are behind you . EXPOSE THEM . What is wrong in what Mod has done by showing us the pictures of the so called estates. He was only letting us know what we are/ or about to get into. He didn't write anywhere that we shouldn't buy. Some people may want to buy now and wait, and some might want to build immediately.
