gnss:Mine is three steps 1 stop looking for foreign investors. Pass a law that stipulate that all government agencies, arm, parastatals, should spend 75% of there budget on Nigerian economy. I.e procure what they need from Nigerian companies/ companies that have 85% of there raw materials,/components made in Nigeria. (We'll have billions floating around and looking for where to drop in research, development, productions, and procurement 2.
