Usually you need at least two SFA results before one can conclude there is a problem . That been wil sdvise you repeat the test in a month or two time. Before then you can start some form of supplement. Vit C Vit E zinc and selenium has been shown to improve sperm health. Vit C should beabout 2000iu per day. You can also try oligocare. Its not too expensive, to be taken 2ce a day. A month course should not cost you more than six thousand naira. Then carry out lifestyle modification. Control your diet, exercise regularly. Avoid excessive heat especially down there. Wear lose undies . Practice scrotum cooling. Check your hormonal levels especially insulin. Treat infection and avoid reinfection. Cut out sugar and alchohol complelely from your diet. You can practise all these for like a month or two and then do a repeat test.
If after all these there is no significant improvement. Please see your doctor If you like you can consult rhe peoples doctor on IG.

Disclaimer: Note that I am no doctor but have been in this for such a long time and somehow acquired a wealth of knowledge.
Thanks for the advice. The Oligocare is it to be taken alongside the Vit E supplement? I don't do alcohol right from when I was small but I drink a lot of soft drinks which I'm cutting down on presently. I'll check out the people's doctor on Instagram.

I'm not surprised that Staphylococcus aureus is the culprit. Staph. can gulp all the sperm cells.
Pls avoid re-infection.
Let your partner treat it too.
It is well dear.

Thank you very much. I'll try not to get re infected.

So there’s improvement from azoospermia to 200,000. The infection may have been the major culprit, hope your partner treated alongside you?

You’d have to add vitamin E to manix et al or do the fertilaid combo brand for another 90days and reassess the situation. Also exercise, eat healthy and take fruits (watermelon with the seed/ cucumber)
Also, if you are trying to conceive then continue having intercourse with your dw....**baby dust**
Thank you so much for your response.
Yes, my wife also took the medication for the infection. I'll try the fertilaid combo as suggested. Once again, thank you.

As my other ladies have stated, your result is very poor...classified as severe oligospermia + mortility issues. But there’s hope and you’d need to work with a good doctor and put in the effort to achieve that.
Some of the possible causes of your condition include: Varicocele (enlarged veins in the scrotum), bad lifestyle (alcohol and drug abuse), overheating the testicles (wearing tight trousers, putting laptops on your laps) exposure to harmful chemicals, weight issues or hormonal Issues.

In addition to the lifestyle changes mentioned already, treatment options (apart from varicocele that requires surgery) includes: manix + Vitamin E (pocket friendly option) Or fertilaid for men + count boost + mortility boost (Not very pocket friendly) or Clomifene (if the issue is hormonal but your doctor will have to prescribe this one)....the drugs will be taken for not less than 90days before you begin to see a difference..

Thanks for the detailed analysis.
I was referred to a urologist by a gynecologist. After examination and hormonal profile test, the urologist prescribe addyzoa, manix and enhanz for 3months. The sfa result after the 90days came out zeroes due to massive staph infection, the second one same thing. This is the 3rd result after the mediation.
However, when I was to get the last dose of the medication, the pharmacist told me that 2 of the drugs do the same thing and I shouldn't have been taking them together, but after telling him it was prescribed by a doctor he said OK.

Hmmm, are you sure about this result You might want to redo the test elsewhere.

How many days if abstinence?

It says no infection seen, guess that's why the morphology is great but the count is just 200,000 and 99% of that is dead. Theres basically no active sperm cell.

If this result is accurate, then you need to work on count and motility. You can search the thread for some drugs people used and have given testimonies.

Thanks for your reply.
3 days of abstinence. This is the 3rd result I'll be getting. The previous 2 returned zeroes due to staph infection. I had to treat it before doing another test this week.

Babygal2020:

The morphology/shape is good/normal
Active motility is very poor(1%) ..... normal should be at least 50%
Sperm count is very low (200,000)...... normal should be at least 20 million

Do you drink or smoke? Pls you need to stop
Are you overweight? pls work on your weight
Take more fruits and veggies

Others can help you with the name of male fertility boosters that are effective.
Thank you for your swift response. I don't do any of those things you mentioned. I'm also not overweight

Politics / Re: This Should Send Very Strong Signal To Trigger-happy Nigerian Police Officers by Eagleseye1: 9:45am On Feb 19, 2010
Igbanibo:

Yes, the man should be prosecuted, but we need to look at the problem from multiple angles. If you are being paid the equivalent of $60 a month, which is not enough survive on, and then you have a gun, naturally you will attempt to use the gun to your financial advantage. Part of the problem is that Police people need to be paid better too. Of course, this does not absolve the police for their senseless violence.

I beg to differ on the bolded part, the Nigerian Police Force is a bunch of illiterates who
need a re-orientation. Even if they are paid N1m per month, it wont stop them from
extorting money from innocent motorists. Most of them have not even seen the Nigerian
constitution before, not to talk of knowing the contents of it. In my own opinion, the only
thing that can solve this problem is to flush out all those bad eggs and inject a new breed,
who are graduates, into the system. Also training should be provided from time to time to
update them on the constitution.

Jokes Etc / Yar'adua Interviewed by Eagleseye1: 2:54pm On Feb 12, 2010
Below is an excerpt of interview Yar'Adua granted in,

Reporter: How are you feeling Mr. President?

Yar’Adua: I feel like I am still in Saudi Arabia though I am not sure where I am. Ask Turai, she will tell you how I am feeling.

Reporter: Why did you give interview to BBC instead of NTA?

Yar’Adua: My people cannot watch or listen to NTA due to NEPA. But with BBC, everyone will turn on their generators to watch and listen, Who will burn their diesel to watch NTA? Even Goodluck will not do that.

Reporter: What about your 7 point agenda?

Yar’Adua: Forget about that! That was dead on arrival. It was even OBJ’s idea. I have streamlined that into only 1 agenda – ‘Hanging on to dear life’. This will work for every Nigerian. Very simple concept that I learned here in Saudi or Yemen!

Reporter: What are you going to do about Jos crisis?

Yar’Adua
: Jos? Is that still part of Nigeria? Wallahi, I didn’t remember.

Reporter: When are you coming back to Nigeria?

Yar’Adua
: Never! I am not coming back but don’t tell Turai or Andoakaa. Turai might order these housemaids to switch off my life support. Andoakaa might convince Nigerians that I can rule from heaven(?) and I am just tired of the whole thing.

Reporter: What message do you have for your daughters?
Yar’Adua: Marry only governors. Forget the Muttallab’s!

Reporter: What message do you have for Nigerians?

Yar’Adua: Hold on tight! You think the ride has been rough, it is going to get worse from here. I am glad that I am not going to be part of it. I am enjoying my stay here. My brother, please change that channel for me. I need to watch the next soccer game. Angolans are my favorite team. I just love them.

Reporter: Thank you Mr. President.

Yar’Adua: Oh me? I am still the President? Thank you! You better leave before Turai gets back here!

OK=====Pls let the thief continue to steal once he can plant flowers and construct Road?

Yes he steals but at the same time doing a nice job. How many of your other governor is doing
same? They only steal and nothing more.

You sound like some1 who is been owed money by Fashola. Is your executed contract yet to be paid?
FASH is not a debtor like your state governor whose name makes the list of bank debtors.

You mean Fash is always experiencing same frustrations he subjected Lagos traders to? What goes around, comes around truely.
FASH is not experiencing  any frustration, rather it is you and forpeace that is being frustrated.

Politics / Re: The Fashola You Dont Know by Eagleseye1: 11:59am On Feb 04, 2010
With the way this poster always criticize BRF, i'm begining to suspect that
he is one of those TRADERS along Agege motor road that FASH frustrated
out of business tongue. If all the state governors will do one third of what BRF is
doing in Lagos, then Nigeria will be a better place to live.
@poster get  a life and stop this your childish behaviour.
