All those applicants who received interview invites should advise

This had gone out since October (like the early set of assessment takers).

So these are the scenarios you guys have layed out:

Fresh graduates/a few years experience write aptitude test first, then skills test.

Roles that received many applications write aptitude test first, then skills test.

The more experienced candidates only write only skills test.

Also include this: those who have taken dragnet aptitude tests in the last 1 year and met the cut off mark will automatically be given skills test.

So @ExpertNLer's order may not exactly apply to all.


However it looks like the order is: Aptitude test >> Skills test >> Next stage

I got the invite but not really sure if I will go given the fact that I wrote the GTP last year and wasn't successful due to too many financial accounting questions. Graduates from other fields just have to go extra mile to withstand the test.

I really don't think this is like the GTP test o. This might be some higher ish. HCP have their own style.

This is funny and ridiculous, I wonder the criteria NDDC used in their selection. It's strange none of my friends and I got this scholarship and we all did well in the CBT and interviews.

I had 40 in the CBT and answered 4 out of the 5 questions I was asked in my interview. I am also from one of the states with high quota in terms of oil production among the NDDC states.

Well, only they(NDDC) know the criteria they used in their selection.

From what I gathered from Godson this morning, all successful candidates have been contacted, so if you are yet to receive an invite, it's best you move on.
