Just a quick one. Do I need to submit WAEC/NECO result if I want to upgrade my ECA report to Course-by-Course evaluation for licensure purpose?
When I tried starting the upgrade application, I got a prompt that I will need to start a new application.

NB: My ECA was completed June 2017

No you don't just give them some time they will revert back to you saying all your documents have been received
