Eriokanmi: I've heard and read about it too. But with constant healthy diets. How many Nigerians eat healthy? If you eat healthy, sperm is produced much faster and you enjoy general well-being.
It's always better not to practice what you cannot preach. "How many Nigerians eat healthy?"...True talk bro!!! |

Eriokanmi: Men should be happy whenever they say they're tired. Look at every home, except a few wives who left early in life and those men, whom God just wants to show mercy of ongevity, how many men outlive their wives? Use your brain. Women are the receiver while you're the one discharging your energy. You're the one losing each time.
That energy you're shedding will make you age faster and lose strength. Under a good diet( which is lacking in our clime) it takes an average of 21 days to recover that thing you're discharging. What now happens if you're mostly on hard drugs, energy drinks and eating junks? You'd be 50 but looking like 70yrs. It's not even advisable to always give in to sexual urge when it comes. You think of children schl fees, family responsibilities, you'd think of how to sustain what you give to parents monthly and your personal responsibilities join. You com dey sleep with her all the time join, only one pesin haa!
If you push some guys slightly, before you know it, dem don fall yakata,no strength remaining in them. Life is not all about sex. It's for your own good. If you don't sex all the time, you'd not be falling sick, your immune system will be srong etc. I agree with you bro on some of your comments, however, the bolded may not be entirely true! Regualr sex with healthy life style have been scientifically proven to be a strong anti-aging elixir for men.

We just watched as education was reduced to rumbles. I still disagree with your assertion, by using the word "We". That is hasty generalisation. "some of us" would have sufficed. Not everyone actually watched and did nothing with respect to what brought us as a nation to where we are currently |

Namaster: "Let’s see the ministers—those shameless Rolls Royce connoisseurs—sweat it out in Nigerian-made vehicles too."
Atiku is NOT a smart guy. He also DOESN'T know how to hire smart guys.
Of all the shittiness he could attack the FAILED Tinubu Government for, he chose a BEER PARLOUR argument of extremely DUMB whataboutism.
He uses "sweat it out in Nigeria-made vehicles" which implies he knows that Nigerian vehicles are not yet up to the standard of their foreign counterparts.
YET Atiku thinks it's a good idea for the President of a POLITICALLY-VOLATILE country such as Nigeria to use it as his official car in a PERFORMATIVE attempt to pacify a PERENNIAL loser like Atiku.
Atiku is NOT a smart guy. Being petty will take us no where. Advice: Pick all the information together and process them, you will make excellent meanings that show that the write up was geared towards making Nigeria better through opposition being a watch dog, rather that picking a single line to analyse who is smart and who is not smart. No offence please. A new Nigeria is possible |

You can have MR A who has a masters barely scraping along and on dept, while MR B who invested in cybercrimes and money laundering living it up. And our society will give more respect to MR B, infact sponsor MR B into politics and ignore MR A completely. You are absolutely on point. However you saying "we the previous generation failed" is not all true! If you say some of us in the previous generation, I will agree! |

Culture › Re: 10 Most Powerful Kings In Nigeria by Earthscience: 9:42pm On Apr 16, 2025 |
Ruke1991: All those kings you mentioned are powerful in your eye because they are connected to your tribe or because you are limited in knowledge. Their level of influence is local to their domain. For a full list of high ranking kings to boost your knowledge beyond your local culture, look at the list below. These kings have influence over separately different domains
SOUTH SOUTH 1) Oba of Benin 2) The Orodje of Okpe 3) Asagba of Asaba 4) Olu of Itsekiri 4) Obong of Ibom 5) Amanyanaboh of Opobo 6) Obong of Calabar 7) Ovie of ughelli
Dein of agbor
SOUTH WEST 1) ooni of ife 2) Alafin of Oyo 3) Awujale of Ijebu land 4) Soun of Ogbomosho 5) Oba of Lagos 6) Ewi of Ado 7) Deji of Akure
SOUTH EAST 1) Obi of Onitsha 2) Eze nri
NORTH WEST 1) Emir of Sokoto 2) Emir of jalingo 3) Emir of Zazzau
NORTH CENTRAL 1) Emir of Ilorin 2) Ohinohyl of Ebiraland 3) Tor Tiv 4) Attah of Igala 5) Etsu Nupe 6) Aku okar of wukari
NORTH EAST 1) Lamido Adamawa 2) Shehu of Borno 3) Mai Kanuri
Speak for your culture if you are not knowledgeable about more popular kings outside your culture. There is no such thing as one king being more superior to another simply because they are from a large ethnic group. That doesn't make them powerful Nice one, but you forgot to add GBONGWON JOS of Jos Plateau in North Central |
