Someone here posted his PPR testimony and I remember he mentioned that when he googled his name, he found out businesses/ associations he didn't share when submitting his application; on each occasion he raised a webform to explain and he finally got his PPR.
In your case you have to find out why your eligibility failed... what did your notes say? Because if it us because of the online searches the VO will clearly state it.

No, my eligibility isn’t failed, it hasn’t been started at all, I just realized the online searches and thought to inform them ahead, what kind of explanation did the person give and what documents did he provide via the webform ? Any idea ?

You need your gcms notes to confirm exactly why your eligibility hasn’t been passed.

Just like many other files with aor before and after mine too, our eligibility and security is yet to be passed as it seems like accra hasn’t been working on files for a while now

Hi guys, please I need your opinions on this.... i submitted my EE application in November 2020 and been waiting patiently on updates since then, gcms notes indicate my file is in Accra and eligibility hasn’t been passed.... I recently saw this post attached flying about in different groups and I thought to do a quick google search of my name and results came up with two businesses which I registered with cac few years ago. Issue is I never mentioned those businesses in my application as they were just side hustles and I didn’t claim points for them and also one was inactive while the other was just off and on for a while. In my case, My LinkedIn doesn’t show any of the businesses it’s just what’s in my personal history in the application that’s on my LinkedIn but a google search of my name pops up both businesses as a co-director for one and a sole proprietor for the other , do I raise a webform to inform them or do I just leave it ??

If you had read part 1, you would have gotten the answer to your question. I can't believe that we are still dealing with this question in 2020. The answer to your is YES and it qualifies for two or more certificates with Wes.
