"The work of the Russian air defense system was recorded in the area of the facility," Ukraine's General Staff wrote on Telegram. "At least one of the vertical tanks is confirmed to have been hit. There was a fire." Perm Krai fire Russian firefighters battle a large-scale blaze at an oil depot in Perm Krai. Russia’s Emergencies Ministry reported no casualties, and that the blaze was eventually extinguished. RUSSIAN MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS VIA TELEGRAM On Telegram, Voronezh Oblast Governor Aleksandr Gusev said that "several UAVS" were destroyed by Russia's air defenses, falling debris from which had caused the fire.
