His reputation was the reason I transacted with him... Turned out he has a number which he uses specially for scamming. The number I used was from his moniker, and his WhatsApp reflected his business and everything... He might think he's gone, but he scammed the wrong person

I can see that the scammer was buying time for you not to reason it to CALL the bank
to prevent him from withdrawing the funds

have you call your bank to inform them about the issue on ground

DoyenExchange number is one of the BOLDEST numbers

you said you did research before you send the money-
did you verify at least his PHONE NUMBER before you deal with him?

and my only concern is how you will get your MONEY BACK
the more you delay, the lesser the chance for you to get your funds Bank

l believe by now you should have lounge complain at your Bank
l love @ZENITH for one thing, they don't play with scam complain

you have no reason to wait for NL admin to prove anything before you
reach your bank.
that is my little advice for you

IMPORTANT NOTE TO EXCHANGER: some exchanger believe because they
do escrow, they are bigger than using another third party as escrow,
PLEASE stop doing that, the scammers are using that nonsense to scam people on
big time.

Correction, he reached out to me first, and then the WhatsApp link on his profile led to the +234 708 042 6589. After I made payment. His WhatsApp link on here was changed and led to this +234 802 758 6948. That was the only instance i messaged him first because I was already worried and suspicions raised on why the link is no longer linking back to the previous number and why it’s no longer reachable
