I must say that i'm very thrilled at your comments I have made some serious changes based on your reviews please do check it again.

Well, this is apparently the most unusual title to give to a forum topic, however in my situation, I Will consider it a prudent one. I have made series of request on this board regarding a particular project i'm working on but was fed with a cold shoulder this was really unusual considering the reputation of nairalanders and had I not been a very inactive member I would have suspected I ve wronged some fellow.
Today I ve decided to hide the past events behind the cloud and make this last request from my follow Nigerians; Just recently I started a project on designing a social network, this project has come to a point where I feel quite satisfied with the layout and design but that is only my own point of view so I ve come to ask you guys give me a very critical review on the general look of this siteand do not think I posted this request for the sake of hits, believe me if i wanted hits I know where to get them and definitely not on webmasters section.

Apple has dropped its patent-infringement accusations against the Galaxy S III Mini, a mid-market Android smartphone that Samsung Electronics says it is not selling in the U.S.


In a filing in the U.S. District Court for Northern California on Friday, Apple said it would withdraw its request to include the Galaxy S III Mini in a patent infringement case against Samsung that is set for trial in 2014. On November 23, Apple had asked to add the Mini and five other recently released Samsung products to its complaint, which originally was filed in February. The case is one of many in an ongoing set of disputes between the two companies in several countries.

When Apple asked to add the Mini to its case, the phone was expected to be released in the U.S. soon. Samsung subsequently filed an opposition to that request in which the South Korean company said it was not selling the Mini in the U.S.

Sales noted, dropped anyway
In its filing on Friday, Apple said the Mini apparently was available for sale in the country, because its attorneys had bought multiple Minis from Amazon.com's U.S. online store and successfully had them shipped to addresses in the U.S. The company also said it appeared the device was still on sale at Amazon on Wednesday.

However, Apple wrote that because Samsung had represented it wasn't "making, using, selling, offering to sell or importing the Galaxy S III Mini in the United States," it would drop the patent allegations against the Mini.

Apple's move may rely on Samsung staying true to its statement. Apple withdrew its allegations "without prejudice," reserving the right to make the accusations again "if the factual circumstances change."

So instead of worrying about the content that is being displayed, focus instead on where to place the ad, because it could play a part in your impressions. Nairaland is a great a forum that covers almost every nich pertaining to life, but I never realized this as a new nairaland user. On my quest to become a public internet statue I made the most awkward mistake that tanished my whole online presence.

(then it was not article rich and well designed though) little did I know that I was only tanishing my own Image. Then I was only Sixteen (I said "Only" because then I felt so small to design a proffesional looking blog). Many of you may be wondering what impact this made on my image. Now enter this search on google (site:nairaland.com intext:www.eobasi..com) whithout brackets. I felt so embarassed when I saw this, I wanted to modify the entire content of the post to make google look foolish. Then and again I will be making the same awkward error.
I want your oppinion on this. Do I modified the content of the post and make nairalander's comment look foolish or should I sit back and learn from my mistakes?
