Clear enough. Since they sent you refund form to fill, they supposed to have refunded you by now. You can call them out on twitter or keep disturbing them with mails everyday.

Sorry, but as someone working with an online travel agency, let me ask you some few questions.

1. Were you the one that canceled the flight or the airline cancelled it?

2. From the answer you give in question 1 above, then we can narrow down... what's the refund policy for that particular flight?




Just know that some flights are not refundable when you cancel. Also, even the ones that are refundable, they will deduct airport taxes/charges which most times takes upto 60% of the amount.

I was not the one that did the cancellation, I was at the airport 1hr before departure, checking of luggages took time because of the numbers of passengers that day , 30mins before departure the pilot have already move from the plane position, the manager went to meet him and let him know they are still passengers doing checking. Before the manager could return the pilot have taken off.

We tried to rise our words the manger pleaded with us they will refund us, immediately book Airpeace because I have a flight to cash up the next day outside the country.

When I could to Lagos the airline reach out to me and explain everything to them, told them to also call the Calabar airport manager to get some clarification.

The next day a mail was sent to me for a refund to fill my details and I did it.

Since then I have sent several mail to them no response , no reply.

They made me paid twice the amount of money for airpeace that same day.

The moderators should help push to front page, I need aero contractors to respond to me , this is my hard earned money, they made book airpeace immediately twice the money I paid for aero, before speaking out I have reached out to them through mails and calls, they only called me January 16th to hear from me, they sent me a mail to filled my details including my bank details for refund till now , I didn’t receive or get a response from them. No reply to all emails sent to them.

My brother I have sent various mails to them , I have to rebook airpeace immediately twice the money I paid for aero because have something important to catch up with in the Lagos .

I am pleading with aero contractors please 🙏 refund my money from calabar to Lagos on the January 13th 2024 , I have sent several emails still response or reply from aero contractors, January 19th 2024 , someone from the customer service reach out to me and I explained everything what happened that very day ,
Even the manager did all his best, telling I can still use the ticket to fly with them. I don’t want to fly with you guys anymore, please refund my money and the money I paid for luggage.
