I intend to change school when i get to canada in September. The issue now is that i just aplied to another school for January intake so i dont have another letter of admission yet. I intend to voluntary withdraw from U of M then go to another province as my uncle is there. I was reading IRCC website and i just want to ask if theres any penalty i should be aware of like do i need permission from U of Manitoba for authorised leave,and will it affect my study permit cause my uncle is worried it would?pls help my flight is in a few days.

You must be in Canada before you can change DLI , register with your school first , when your new school gives you your LoA send it to IRCC to notify them…..

You can do the applications yourself on getting a school as an international student, their some schools that refer to you to their agents….. Conestoga, Manitoba so many schools you can do the application yourself.

Move the money to your commercial bank get a reference letter from the MFB started the date you start the investment and the date the money was pay to your commercial bank account you are to use in your POF, calculate the money equivalent to CAD dollars as of the date you are to submit your application… that was I did also in my POF , I moved the money from my MFB to my commercial bank account I used then get a letter to fro MFB to explain the lump sum. That is all
