Like in my Church it’s their trademark I hate it so much , I have contributed over time for others , but during my time I did what my power can carry, I didn’t bother myself setting up a committee , one was calling us during his committee for us to pay up like do you depend on us to get married…..

@Bobomaigida @justwise and other gurus, pls i need your advice.
I intend to change school when i get to canada in September. The issue now is that i just aplied to another school for January intake so i dont have another letter of admission yet. I intend to voluntary withdraw from U of M then go to another province as my uncle is there. I was reading IRCC website and i just want to ask if theres any penalty i should be aware of like do i need permission from U of Manitoba for authorised leave, and will it affect my study permit cause my uncle is worried it would?pls help my flight is in a few days.
Thank you
You must be in Canada before you can change DLI , register with your school first , when your new school gives you your LoA send it to IRCC to notify them…..

Why do Nigerian governors always find it difficult to support their deputies to succeed them?

Mr. Shaibu has been very loyal to Mr. Obaseki, decamping with him from APC to PDP. Why is it difficult to support this loyal subordinate?
You should Edo have three zones , out the 3 zones two have produced governors which Philip is a beneficiary of one of the zone, 1 out of the 3 of not produce governorship in the state , Governor said it’s the turn of edo central to produce the next governor, Philip zone was the zone that handle over power to them… who is fight who na ?

Good morning, sorry for my ignorance.... Are these people visa agents that can handle with school applications to visa not just SOP.
I went through their comments and seems they are SOP vetter. I may be wrong though. May I confirm the likes of makano, bullstriker...
Sorry for mentioning name o. Thanks
You can do the applications yourself on getting a school as an international student, their some schools that refer to you to their agents….. Conestoga, Manitoba so many schools you can do the application yourself.

Good evening fam, I have been a silent reader of this wonderful forum.
I don't know if asking this openly is proper but I would like to know if there's someone or an agent that can help apply from school application to visa.
Have been seeing names flying around and people praising a set of monikers after helping them in this journey.
Please, I need someone to introduce me to the best of them. I know they are not the ones

giving the visa bit at least to give the best shot
..thanks
XtraordinaryGen and Zubizareta will give you a perfect work

I am surprised you are referring someone to agent that run POF when you know it’s not acceptable on this forum. This makes me doubt your genuineness for being here. You even quickly gave out your email to assist a poor fellow earlier. I just hope you are not what I think you are. P.S. Nobody should come to this forum to discuss POF agent here. As far as we, in this forum, are concerned, there is no such thing as POF agent. Please be guided
Well said

Please what if the funds for POF are in a commercial bank (gtb) but came in as lump sum with explanation of a fixed investment with a MFB, will that suffice?
Move the money to your commercial bank get a reference letter from the MFB started the date you start the investment and the date the money was pay to your commercial bank account you are to use in your POF, calculate the money equivalent to CAD dollars as of the date you are to submit your application… that was I did also in my POF , I moved the money from my MFB to my commercial bank account I used then get a letter to fro MFB to explain the lump sum. That is all

Is too early to conclude
All these are political distractions
Esans are claiming right to the seat and it's understandable
So Obaseki must not be seen as the person that stop them
I bet u, Obaseki will handover to Shaibu
Na political distractions be this
Not in edo state, bet you, Philip will not smile that seat comes next year , its not the turn of edo north. Obaseki isn’t a fool , PDP in edo state will not do that mistake . Philip should resigned last year and contest for senate let us if could have won against Oshiomole in edo north , how many votes Philip got from edo north during last governorship election? Compet to what edo central gave them , to support the votes from edo south.

I heard Shaibu attended Oshiomole's Inauguration at Abuja. So problem started between him and his boss. But sincerely, doesn't everyone have right of association?
You are wrong , it’s not brother , It’s the turn of edo central , of which Philip knows , but he is the one fighting Obaseki to support his ambitions when he knows South took over from north and it is the turn of central . The central really supported them so much when Philip couldn’t get a block votes from edo north
PoliticsRe: Philip Shaibu, Edo Deputy Gov Wants Court To Halt Impeachment Against Him by Eboski(m): 10:23am On Aug 04, 2023
Philip is the one fighting himself here, I said it last year that Philip should resign and contest for senate during the primary election for Edo north because this day will come that he will want to fight Obaseki to support him against the edo central that gave them blocked votes because Oshiomole have the edo north to himself during the governorship election… Philip didn’t take to my advice, edo south have produced two governors, edo north have produced 1 , edo central nill, and Philip is fighting obaseki against his selfish interests…. Obaseki made up a co-Governor, fought Wike all because of Philip, Fought Dan Orbi all because of Philip. Philip should rest and cooperative with Obaseki for them to win edo state for PDP , because the mass movement of Obident will not allow Apc and PDP to a light in edo state.

Edo central is next to produce the next governor of edo state , neither PDP or Apc, Lp it’s the turn of edo central , Philip should go to hell. I am from edo north the same local government area with Oshiomole and Philip ask both of them what have they done in Etsako west local government area. Lies upon lies

Shuaibu is a greedy man. Does he not know that it is the turn of Edo central to produce the next governor of the state after Obaseki tenure as governor. These politicians don't have conscience at all.
Many people don’t know what is going on in Edo State, Philip want Obaseki to support him against Edo central of which Philip knows it is the turn of the edo central to produce the next Governor of edo state ….

Obaseki didn’t betrayed Philip , Philip is the one going against their planned and promised to edo Central when Oshiomole have the north to himself during the election….

It’s the turn of Edo Central, after 8yrs edo north should produce the next governor then it can be Philip right or not ……

XtraordinaryGen:
Good day everyone.

I'll like to address this issue and I hope it should end this debate once & for all. I'm making this comment as someone who is not affiliated to Can College in anyway. So don't assume Can College is paying me to defend them.

1. There are numerous if not thousands of DLIs in Canada who do not offer PGWP eligible programs...of which Can College is one of them. If you conduct a thorough research, you will discover that PGWP eligible schools are majorly community/public schools with some select private schools. The Government of Canada have a reason why they did this. This doesn't mean that schools which do not offer PGWP programs are inferior to those who offer PGWP eligible programs. Once a school has obtained it's DLI status, it means the school's facility and manpower has been verified by Canadian authorities and as such you cannot say such a school is a scam.
This is just like saying a University approved by NUC in Nigeria is a scam. Whether the University is a Federal University, State or Private University...so long as the regulatory body which is NUC has approved it, such a school is 100% genuine.

2. PGWP is not a job offer neither is it automatic route to getting Permanent Residency. PGWP is just a work permit just like a study permit which allows an international student who has completed his/her studies in Canada, to remain in the country (ie: maintain a legal status) and search for jobs / work.
If you are enrolled in a school which does not offer PGWP eligible programs and you get a job before you graduate, you can comfortably apply for your work permit (closed work permit) and remain in Canada.
If after your studies you don't yet have a full time job, you can apply to another school or even in that your same school and extend your study permit and IRCC will approve it. You will continue staying in Canada till you get a full time job offer.
You even still have an option of changing DLI when you arrive Canada to a school that offers PGWP eligible programs if you wish.

3. When applying for your Permanent Residency, whether you schooled in a DLI that offered PGWP eligible programs or you didn't, it won't count!
I will advise everyone to take their time and carefully study IRCC website and know everything therein. Once you have completed a one year study or more than one year in a DLI (whether PGWP or not), you'll get your score for Canadian education on the CRS.
There are international students in Canada, who have stayed more than 5years and have still not gotten their Permanent Residency. Whereas there are some that entered Canada as students and in less than 1yr, got their PR.
I know a guy who currently has his PGWP but hasn't yet gotten a job. He is still applying for jobs as at today.
I believe the aim of everybody in this forum going to Canada via this study route is hopefully to become Permanent Residents and then get their Citizenship thereafter.
I repeat::: Studying in a DLI which offers PGWP eligible programs or studying in one which does not offer PGWP eligible programs HAS NOTHING TO CONTRIBUTE towards acquiring your Permanent Residency through Express Entry. However, some Provinces will insist on PGWP programs if you're applying for Provincial Nominations in their Provinces. But on the general Express Entry Pool, PGWP or no PGWP do not count. Factors such as age, education in your home country, work experience, IELTS, TEF, job offer etc are what will determine your getting your Permanent Residency.

4. Just like in Nigeria, Private colleges in Canada are expected to make money for themselves which they use in running their colleges... however, Government can still send them allocations as a form of support. So therefore, do not blame Can College or any other private college in Canada that you see running social media adverts to get students. It is more like a business for them. If they don't get students, their institutions will likely fold. So therefore they need yearly intakes to be able to conveniently run their colleges. Whether they make their admission process as easy as ABC...or whether they reduce their school fees to become 10,000naira does not mean they are fraudulent. Canadian Government know they are existing, they know everything going on in such private colleges, yet they haven't shut down those schools. Do you think you are wiser than the Canadian Government?

5. People who gain admission in these private colleges which don't offer PGWP programs successfully get their Visas, travel and make it. Whether you're admitted in a PGWP eligible programs or not does not in any way affect your visa application. Once it's a DLI, it's a DLI.
Visa success rates rely basically on how to arrange your supporting documents.

In summary, what you're not exposed to, don't come out and talk about it like a PRO. There are many routes to achieve one's goals in life. That you achieved yours through a particular way, does not mean that is the only way of achieving that thing.

Finally, I haven't heard of a Nigerian school defrauding a student... Talk more of a Canadian school defrauding a student. I know Nigeria as our country with it's high rate of corruption has made us to be so so sensitive that at the slightest chance, we may attribute something to be a scam, when it's actually not.

Scams exist in Canada no doubt, but they are perpetrated mostly by individuals not by organizations such as schools. So, I would advise everyone to desist from calling any school in Canada a scam unless you have evidence of them defrauding you.

I hope with this little insight this constant fight about PGWP schools and Non-PGWP schools can stop.

Thanks.
Simple as ABC
