BLCO Cif delivery PROCEDURE

9.1 SELLER and BUYER execute this agreement via Electronic Mail and lodge copies with their respective banks. Digital copies shall be deemed as originals bearing the same force and function.

9.2 Seller’s bank within 5 business days or his fiduciary bank issues 2% Non- Operative Performance bond for a Total sales value of 2 million barrels of BLCO to buyer’s bank in favor of buyer.

9.3 Upon receipt of the Non- Operative performance bond from seller’s bank, Buyer’s bank shall within 5 business days issue irrevocable, confirmed, transferable letter of credit or SBLC to seller’s bank or seller’s fiduciary bank, the issuance of this shall automatically activate the performance bond

9.4 Seller loads a vessel, and furnishes the buyer with the CPA, Q88 certificate of origin, certificate of quality, bill of laden, and master’s receipt of original documents dully signed by the captain in buyers name and verifiable.

9.5 Buyer confirms documents and after a successful confirmation buyer gives the seller his destination port, vessel sails to buyer’s port of discharge. The captain shall be sending ETA and EDA to buyers harbor master.

9.6 Vessel arrives buyers disport and issues authority to board to buyers inspection agents for QnQ analysis. Final computation shall be based on outturned barrels

9.6 The Letter of Credit will be paid in full after the transfer of the warranty of title and ownership from the seller to the buyer and after a successful quality and quantity analysis at buyer’s discharge port, where the cargo will be discharged into the Buyer’s storage and upon the Seller’s presentation at the counters of the Buyer's bank of documents in Clause 9.2 herein below.

1. Buyer sends ICPO granting soft probe by the seller’s Bank Officer with
(A) the photocopy of
Buyer’s Company Certificate of Incorporation
(B) Scanned Copy of the Buyer’s assigned International
Passport.
2. Buyer reviews with their Bank Officer with confirmation of Buyer Financial to
purchase monthly lift quantity mentioned in the delivery schedule then return unsealed
to Seller with modification if necessary or similar along with the Bank Comfortable
Letter (BCL) Bank to Bank basis or other acceptable means to prove that funds for
purchase are available.
3.Seller to countersign draft sales purchase agreement with full Banking information to
swift proof of products documents and performance bond guarantee and seal for
approval with notarization with the Russian Ministry and send a copy to Buyer both
parties lodge with their respective Banks
4.Seller sends soft POP to Buyer and both Banks open conversation and Buyer Bank issues
via Swift SBLC/BG for the previous shipment and RDLC acceptable from the
second shipment only if twelve (12) months contract for Seller confirmation of Buyer
Capability to purchase product mentioned in the previous shipment.
5.Two (2%) PBG, FULL POP, Tank Receipt/Equivalent, SGS Report less than Twenty Four
(24) Hours on quality and quantity along with authorization to perform Dip Test
Authorization with photocopies to Buyer through email or courier.
6. Seller loads the product to the Buyer designated/agreed vessel as per INCOTERMS 2010
CIF/FOB
7. Shipment commence as stated in the contract
8. Buyer transfer fund via MT 103 upon successful Dip Test and title passes to the Buyer
9.Intermediaries are paid for each lift for the signed contract and rollovers
10.Delay in signing the Firm Sales Term Sheet can make the Seller to withdraw the Offer of
sale or price might change

Hello All

I'm Emmanuel Eboweme of Afcomsat Network No 27 Balarabe Musa Crescent V/Island Lagos. I had an accident April 9th 2010 with a fractured & dislocated femoral head of my pelvis bone. I did a Bi Polar surgery July 30th 2010 in National Orthopaedic Hospital Igbobi, lagos under the consultant Dr. Odunubi but this has failed since i have not been able to bear weight on my left leg.I am still using crutches. I have been referred to another Consultant who advised me to do a total hip replacement surgery which will cost me N750,000.
Given this development i have spent all my money in paying for the bi Polar surgery which has failed and am presently left with nothing now.
