Pls I need your opinion/aadvice. I just got a vehicle which was registered with delta state plate number, its d old plate number and its not on autoreg cos its bin registered b4 its advent. I am in Lagos and I want to do documentation with the new plate number. Do I still need a change of ownership? Or I should just do a new plate number with new proove of ownership and discard the former. Thankx as ur advice and responses will be very well appreciated.
