i was thinking this phone is more than 48k and is the 48k with the shipping fee

not with the shipping fee o and it depends who you are buying from and some do free shipping, so you have to be sharp.. Different seller different price and sometimes some sellers do promo.

Group of pals playing pranks on nairaland to advertise their product.
Omo listen well. Any smartphone with these features you listed here
4g LTE, 4gb ram, 32gb memory octa core etc at N40\N50k is a fake phone.

Una just dey fool Nigerians. Your xioami redmi note 4 or whatever is a scam.
Better tell us you want to introduce it to Nigeria than using tricks to promote it
and miseducate Nigerians.
Bye bye. I can't buy it

Get small sense

Oga stop talking nonsense, if you don't know of something ask questions. Xiaomi is no where close to fake... You think is all this nonsense phones in nigeria with nonsense price.. See proof of my order

Umi that nonsense brand that almost give me attack, for ur own good don't buy any phone made by umidigi... I bought umi Rome used that nonsense phone for just 5 mouths, if it's not software problem it will be GPS or changing port or over heating (can cook beans with the phone)or battery (just 3 months the battery get big bell) this are just some of the problems i remember... Somebody was saying the phone better pass Tecno, big lie.. I used Tecno phone for 2 good years before selling it without having any problems.....
People using umidigi are liable to dieing young

That movie is close to real.

it's a true story oo

rookidmart:
..... and my order was cancelled!

At least, now I know the reason why.

If you pay directly with your card and your order gets cancelled, it's because the payment you made could not be verified.

This is because you didn't enter OTP/token code for verification, that is, the payment was successful once you entered your card details and the OTP page didn't load.
Usually happens in GTB.

So, if, for whatever reason your payment goes through without the OTP page loading, your order will most likely be cancelled days later.

If that happens, you should just cancel the order and try again, or, just fund your AliExpress Pocket and buy with it, that way you are in no danger of an order being cancelled.

TL;DR: if you're able take payment without entering an OTP, your card issuer (MasterCard or Visa) will think it's a fraudulent transaction and decline.
This occurs only if your card details are not saved on the site.
If your card details are saved on the shipping website/ app, you can make payments without OTP verification, but they'll ask for a different kind of verification eg Security, card number, etc.

I'll add this to the FAQ later.

i bought some stuffs last month with two people gtbank card dey did not ask for otp verification and the payment was not cancelled

adigunomomama:
Can someone else help to redeem items should incase the person that owns the goods is not around.

yes, the person should go with the owner's I'd card.. I have bought almost 30 things from AliExpress and i have only gone there once to collect it.
