Why not invest that money in a huge mechanized agricultural industry and export food to the rest of the country and internationally while increasing state IGR and employing thousands of Ebonyians. We have solutions to our problems.

The same clueless Umahi is the current minister of works and expect more useless and wasteful white elephant projects.
