Let me once again congratulate our governor Soludo on awarding the dualization of Agulu/Nnewi/Okija road. Not only has he awarded the contract, but the contractor has started working on the project!. I must say that I am impressed! However, Ndigbo have a lot of work to do to catch up with the rest of the country in terms of basic infrastructure! The projects already delivered have changed the face of Awka but Onitsha is still looking quite ramshackle, especially the Niger bridge head entry point.................some palliative work has been done on Onitsha / Owerri road but the environment smacks of disorganization and bedlam! The environment commissioner is trying but he needs to be a very creative and innovative person to succeed in a place like Onitsha. Kudos again to Soludo!
