Sequel to my previous comment, there is something they call CIRCUMSTANTIAL in a court of law. It means that the evidence you have doesn't mean that you are right( that is, the accused is guilty)

1. After knowing about the molestation, why didn't she prevent the man from coming closer to her daughter?

4. Why would she recreate the scene by installing CCTV so as to get a valid proof of what the man had been doing to her daughter since she was 7?
