I see.... Congrats dear... But you had one in one interview. What of us that only passed through two stages, the group discussion and individual case presentation. We didn't do any one to one interview with HR that day. Hope that wouldn't be an issue. Please go and share your experience with us. Congrats ooo

I am worried. I don't know who else is thinking in the same way. For those who attended the assessment center this last Friday (25th November), were you allowed to partake in final face to face interview with any of the HR? Because surprisingly, my own assessment ended with the individual presentation after the group discussion and I was among the first to present. Doesn't it mean that the one to one interview has been skipped for us? I cannot stop imagining...

If you receive any feedback from the assessment please do not hesitate to alert us oo. We are done with assessment... God help us

From what I can deduce, the issue of this recruitment lies on your patience. Be patient and positive but don't lay all hope on it. It seems we are much, so many candidates pursuing a position requiring very few slots. We don't expect them to assess us all but when the need arises for us, they shall invite us. Let's move on with our lives without having them on mind, if we are called good and if not, good also. All is well.

But these Big 4 in Nigeria are only recruiting for audit graduate and not consulting.... I could have done that since if they are recruiting for consulting graduate trainee...

Please, I have finished the three online assessments few weeks ago and received their automatic message after the last test. Just checked my profile now and my application status indicates "under review"...What does it imply?... Who has similar status with me please?

I am Ebere, graduate of microbiology. I suspect that Roland Berger and AT Kearney do not have offices in Lagos State Nigeria. I contacted Roland Berger and I was told that they have no office in Lagos.
