Not the same analogy. There was the 1st phase of qualifiers involving 10teams of 5 groups where the Argentine U20 team placed 4th out of 5teams and didn't advance to the last stage of 6teams.
Denmark's performance in the 1992 qualifiers was different. I will post that soon.
