He has had a tournament to remember. Sharp reflexes and cool composure laced with the experience garnered in Spanish La Liga , UEFA CL and other tourneys. However, not being in goal on matchday 2 against Belgium might count against him.

From an African perspective, I am supporting Morocco as other African teams are likely to disappoint. Morocco seems sure to Qualify when they do the needful against Croatia in their first match by beating Croatia .
I am also following on the Croatian Number 7: Lovro Majer of Rennes whom I think Chelsea needs to buy after the World Cup.
Cameroun might be able to qualify alongside Senegal.
For Ghana and Tunisia it is Welcome back home even before kicking a ball.

Àg,GW,Africa more often than not, has never been seen a threat in the world cup. Although, over the years, there has been few occasions where African teams defile the odds to go as far as the Quarter finals as seen in 94' 02' and 2010.

This handful of appearances still haven't pitched Africa as a serious contender for the title. Coming into Qatar, Morocco, was seen as one of Africa's biggest prospects going by the quality that the squad posseses.

However, being seeded in a very difficult group that had Belgium and Croatia, it still sounds unbelievable, how the Moroccans topped the group. Such a mystery, positions them as an underdog yet, one with unquestionable potentials of going as far as the finals.

With players who're technically gifted like Achraf Hakimi, Hakim Ziyech, Soufiayne Amrabat, Soufiayne Boufal and Yousouf El-Neysri, the North Africans might just give the world a run for their money.

Defy the odds not defile the odds.

Ayew misses a 21st minute penalty and Uruguay punish their naivety with 2 quick goals within the space of 6minutes(26th and 32nd minute) to take the scoreline to 0:2 in favour of Uruguay. Like I said on November 21st on my thread ahead of time Tunisia and Ghana are returning home.
