Tho this thread was directed at the ladies, I'll like to give an instance when a girl i really liked played hard to get.

okay my people on the above topic lets analyse how they will divide into streams, as we know NYSC for not being fair.

My opinion is that right from when they were uploading schools they already knew those who will be in stream 1, why do i think so? Here it is, do you notice the schools that uploaded late have large number of PCM's? oh yeah they do.

Another point is that why go through the trouble of writing a code to select PCM's either through call up number or randomly, when they can just use schools? yeah that would be unfair to schools left out, but do they care?

There is also a probability of them selecting different schools randomly

because everyone is cool doesn't mean we can't act otherwise, let us keep the peace and not bring tribal bigotry in here. .good morning
