First, I will love to find out if concordia university, Montreal, requires proof of English proficiency for Nigerians to study Info systems sec. If yes can I do that after the application deadline or after the admission?

hello Kento, I am currently applying for masters in Information Security at Concordia. In fact, I am almost done with the application but I needed to talk to someone to confirm certain things before I pay the application fee. I sent them a mail but the reply I got was very shallow.
