You can get SMILE 4G LTE device and subscribe to the service. There is service in PH. There are mobile modems called the MIFI u can take about with you. U get up to 21mbps of speed though it's not advisable to use that speed for video streaming. U can reduce and increase speed at will. And there are bundles valid for a year.
