Apply that to counting centres with tens of thousands of batches and we have combination factorials running into the millions. No state supreme court will mandate matching envelopes to ballots post election. Witness from a mathematician will rule out that possibility with any judge.

All they can recommend is sample auditing of one signature say every 1000 envelopes for future elections, or digital scanning of both envelope and ballot into a machine at the point of counting. To talk of signature matching after the fact is foolishness.
