Hello guys. Thanks for always helping out. I have an issue. I applied last semester via uni-assist, but it was turned down due to the reasons that my transcript and degree certificate must be sent to them directly by my school. While I understand the issue of transcript, but how can my certificate be sent directly to uni-assist in a sealed envelope by my school? What do you guys think they mean?
