Doctors and pharmacists degrees are still being evaluated as equivalent to masters degree. All the other things you mentioned are still happening. People are still getting pr. Provinces are still nominating (especially Ontario). So, I don't know what you are actually saying.

Now, they take people from the general draws, health category, French, trades, agriculture, tech, CEC, PNP etc. And you are saying it is becoming difficult. All these categories that were opened up., was it not people that are getting the pr through this categories?

Records from irrc have shown that they have given more people pr than previous years. So , I nor know where you dey get your data. Just know that if Canada pr is getting hard for one person, it is getting easy for 10 other people.
