How u a deep sleeper? i know only a deep sleeper will wet bed or wet dreams at your age.

Deep sleeper, the roof will be on fire yet they will not notice, you can easily bed wet without knowing in a deep sleep, you are luckily you always wake up each time you bed wet, some people will even bed wet yet they will still be sleeping, this can be cured with a laud alarm. Every 1hrs, go and buy a laud ringing wall clock that alarm every hrs to control ur deep sleep, but the clock disturbs a lot when sleeping,  i can remember the last time i had one , i really cant enjoy sleeping at night every hours the clock wake me up from sweet dreams. it was really disturbing, quickly i remove the batteries from the alarm, so if u can do this i hope it helps

2. too much food, so try to eat little at bedtime nor water, mineral, beer.

3. too much play. i'm sure u don’t play alot like kids, this are common with children that love to play alot, dreaming to be in toilet.
