1. Front Desk Personnel (FEMALE):
Qualification: OND with basic knowledge of Computer Use.
Job Description:
- To be in charge of Front desk activities
- Doubles as customer care personnel
- Creates and escalates incidences and enquiries to appropriate channel
- Gives firsthand knowledge of Company’s product and services to enquirers
- Cold calling
- Handling and escalation of Certification testing Appointments
- Management Feedback for Quality control
- Post Sales follow Up

2. Career Counselor:
Qualification: Minimum of HND or BSc
Job Description:
- To be in charge of client record
- To handle Enquiries
- Cold calling and enquiry Follow ups
- Group Counseling
- Individual Career Counseling
- Organizing of Events and Avenues for Group Counseling
- B2B Services introduction to other businesses
- Regular marketing survey
- Management feedback for improvement on services and products

3. Center Head
Qualification: Minimum of BSc in Computer Science, MBA or equivalent Certifications would be an added advantage, Minimum of 3 years work experience in Educational or IT Educational Field would be an added advantage, IT Certifications would also be an added advantage.
Job Description:
- Overall center management
- Co-ordinating Events and classes
- Weekly reporting to HOO
- Quality Control
- In charge of staff continuous training and assessment
- Test center Management
- Approves , leads and monitors all marketing events
- Staff management
- Drafting of center timetable and Schedules

4. Channel Expansion Personnel
Qualification: Minimum of OND in Marketing
Job Description:
- Development and facilitation of marketing campaigns on behalf of the organization
- Participating in corporate and individual marketing efforts
- Cold calling
- Management feedback for Market growth analysis

5. IT Certification Trainers
Qualification: Minimum of OND .
Possession of at least one Certification from the following vendors- ComPTIA, Microsoft, Cisco (Netacad preferable but optional), Android ATC, EC-Council, LPI, PMI, SANS, ISC2, PECB, Certiport.
Preferred Certifications include: CCNA, CCNP, MCITP, MCSE, MCE, MCSA, MTA, Oracle OCP, CEH, CHFI, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Linux+,CompTIA Project+, IC3, ACA, ISO271001 LA or LE, ITIL, PMP, CLA (C++), J2SE / J2EE.
(POSSESSION OF MULTIPLE CERTIFICATIONS IS AND ADDED ADVANTAGE)
Job Description:
- Facilitation of IT Certification trainings in accordance to approved center curriculum in-house and out of station
- In House assessment of Trained students
- Facilitation of Exam prep sessions with trained students
- Post training educational follow up advice on students
- Quality control advisory
- Must be willing to get certified in related exams in line with the organizations staff continuous education program


6. Web Programmer / Web Development Trainer
Qualification: Minimum of OND with adequate knowledge of PHP, MySQl, CSS, HTML, JavaScripts , CMS Technologies, SEO & E-Commerce. At least 1 year work experience in Web programming/ Development Environment.
Job Description:
- Manages and Develops Websites according to organizational needs.
- Engages in regular Backing up of company websites
- Advices on new related technologies
- Web Application development
- Doubles as Web Development Trainer with functionalities of Trainers as described in job title 5 above.
- Must be willing to get certified in related exams in line with the organizations staff continuous education program
