There's been a turmoil boiling in there between their GR and some staffs (Union department to be more precise), infact he transferred them (around 30 of them including the chairman of the union) all to other states like 2-3weeks ago, they filed some complaints in collaboration with NLC n NLC has issued a warning letter to the agency to reverse his action or they will storm the place....

Like you mean you aren't ready to pay any form of part payment before the job comes? Obviously you are not ready to get a job then. Nobody will run a parole for you on empty promises that you pay full after appointment letter.
