Please house what is the difference between Character and Commission?

For a ministry Job, where does one collect his/her appointment letter?

For agency and parastatals, where does one collect his/her appointment letter?

If it is a slot bought for agency or ministry, will you still have to go to either of Character or Commission to collect your appointment letter or your connect will be the one to issue your appointment letter to you?

yes all you know said must of these APL na replacement so you have to go from training that will be conducted by the agency.for example you got job at CBN how will you know this job you will be a sign 2.so you must to go for training.

the first stages you will collect your APL which is normally photocopy if you make her payments. So after then you will go to the ministry and make conformation in which if the APL is genuine you will balance them and get the original Copy of APL.the seconds stages you will go for documentation within a week.after dacumantaion you will do some training for a mouths. And the final stage is IPPS capturing... Based on some one experience

Please is this stages the same as agencies like FIRS, NCC, CAC, CBN?

My DOB in the IPPIS platform is correct. The one on my BVN isn't correct. Salary was paid to my colleagues yesterday but I didn't receive anything.so, I was wondering weather correcting the dob on my bfn would resolve it or if I have to contact IPPIS after the correction. Thanks for replying.

Correct the DOB on your BVN and then get back to IPPIS for correction

IPPIS account details carries your BVN. If the date of birth you give while capturing on IPPIS does not tally with your BVN, you will not be paid. It means there is an irregularity somewhere. So the disadvantage of using a wrong DOB on IPPIS is NO SALARY. to rectify this, the wahala is much so it's advicable you use your accurate bank account and BVN DOB.
