amaya21: I did with my family last month and this route fortunately worked for us. However, we already had valid US visas. As Lagbaja88 said, dates for B1/B2 type visas are booked solid for quite a while. How about getting a transit visa through the US and make landing in Canada. Can that work? Because when you look at this, they added connections through the US

Lagbaja88: will only work if you have existing usa visa. You wont be able to get any reasonable date for usa visa now. Available dates are like 2024 or so Please can you explain a little better. Do you mean that if I apply for a US visa now, I won't get a close date to travel? |

Please has anyone in the house travelled through the USA into Canada? I mean applying for a valid US visa and then making you landing in Canada? GraciousWords: If you have a US visa, or can apply for one before your COPR expires, read here:

Find out if you can travel to Canada - Foreign national without symptoms - U.S. entry - Approved permanent resident not yet in Canada You indicated that you are:
*a foreign national *not showing signs and symptoms consistent with COVID-19 *coming from the United States *an approved permanent resident not yet in Canada
Based on your answers, you will likely be allowed to enter Canada; however, the final determination will be made by a government official at the port of entry.
You must be coming to Canada to settle permanently.
This answer does not guarantee entry into Canada. Final determination regarding entry and quarantine is made by a government representative at the port of entry based on the information presented to them at the time of entry into Canada. |

Good morning house. My questions are
1) is there anyone that was given their canadian permanent resident entry visa post 28 march 2020 that has made their landing in canada? Because I have recieved mine since January 2021 and I have not been able to travel and the entry visa to make my landing expires in August.
2) Also are there any suggestions for me on how to make my landing. |
