I switched the lander to Spaceship last month along with many others and increased the original Afternic price from 599 to cover the higher fee.

This domain was taken in 3 or so other extensions. But I didn't quite like the plural form and I have never managed to sell a domain with the "shop" keyword - even those I consider to have better potential.

I already had plans to renew and increase the price at renewal all the same despite not being bullish about it - especially after I noticed a double-hyphen version will searching for leads two Fridays ago.

I wanted to outbound the name last week, but I got the email address of only one of the strongest leads. Na so I abandoned the mission as I never sell a single of the domains (even better ones) I don outbound since January till today. It sold Friday.

I Sold this domain within 3 days after I registered it for $7. Was about to register the singular without knowing that the same buyer has registered it.

I usually prefer selling a plural first before buying the singular if it's still available. But this buyer beat me to this upon the big discount I gave him. We move.

Good news for the Nigerian banks. Cause I forgot when I used their cards last. I see traditional banks getting hit especially if the income tax is implemented. Make them dey play!

For us mixed feelings. Because the naira-dollar has been floated. Any bank can put any rate they like at any microseconds for receiving or buying. So no difference with these new fintechs.

In fact these new fintechs like Grey might be better because you will be able to see the instantaneous rate they would charge you. But bank fit go do you 2K per naira-dollar on the process of buying because how do one know their rate at the instance of transactions. Do I need to go to their branch and check the ticker, check Google;;;;;; cause the thing no dey show for their apps!

Please help. I don't know what is happening to my scrotum and my ass.

My scrotum just itches me a lot. This thing started in 2023. I've never had itching on my scrorum in my life. The very first time I had jt was when I was 13 years. It happened only once or few times.

Then when I was in my early 20's, it happened frequently, because I had eczema. My scrotum would get very very itchy almost all the time. Then it stopped for few years.

The most recent one that started was in 2023. My scrotum would get really itchy for no reason. It would itch and itch and itch me. It extended until 2024 January. My ass also added to it. The surface of my ass would just itch me so much for no reason. I don't know why.

I found a temporary solution to it last year. Before I sleep at night, I wash my scrotum, pubic area and ass with soap and water, I'll clean it and apply formact A to it and the itching will reduce or stop for a while. When I stop applying the formbact A, the itching will start again.

This year, my scrotum and ass has not really itched me that much. Even my ass. Maybe it's the soap i'm using. But when the whether becomes very hot, my scrotum itches like mad. I'll scratch it until I have some wound there. But since I applied formact A for some days it has reduced.

I used to have wound on my scrotum before, very plenty wound when it was itchy and I scratched it a lot.

Also, when I enter the toilet and wipe my ass, inside my ass will be a little itchy.

Please what do you think might be the cause and how can I fix it?

It's actually morethan 8 years I've been here on nairaland and fortunately my first time of creating topic. I'm in backside pain as i am typing this I don't know if anyone here has experience this before. About couple of months ago I was having pain between my back side and under my right ribs. Hello house. my wife and i have been trying to make babies for a year now. so we went to three fertility/O&G hospitals. After all said and done my wife was certified "fit to concieve" and i was asked to do SFA. my SFA result shows my count is ok but 20% motility.
the doctor placed me on:

I would like to seek your advice on my current health situation. I went to my company's clinic on Friday, because my body was always hot. I also noticed symptoms like thinning hairs/falling hairs, sometimes smelly and foamy urine.

My BP was checked at the clinic, boom, it was abnormally high. Upon consultation with the doctor, he ordered some tests (blood and urine). After I brought him back the test results, he prescribed two blood pressure regulation drugs(amlodipine and losartan), one antibiotic (amoxicillin), and one antimalarial (benart).

Upon seeing the BP drugs, I became apprehensive, which made ask him if there's an alternative. He told me to adjust my diet and lifestyle. Also, he told me I may decide to keep the drugs for a week and seek second opinion.

Before I went there, I was suspecting hyperthyroidism. However, the doctor did not say anything about it. He said thinning/falling of hairs is a normal thing.

1. I'm in my mid-twenties
2.I don't drink alcohol.
3. I don't smoke.
4. I'm very slim, not overweight.
5.My work is not really stressful.

HPB could be caused by genetic/history or lifestyle. It can be controlled back to the normal level with adherence to medications, proper diet and lifestyle.

From the presentation it is definitely a severe form of Tinea Pedis. (Athletes Foot). First things first you'll need to avoid enclosed shoes cos the cause a warm and moist environment that promotes the fungus.

Avoid triple combination cream like Funbact A and the rest, whilst they might appear to do you some initial good, the would AGGRAVATE the situation in the long run.

It would have been helpful if you listed the medications you have used. Are you buying your medications from a reputable pharmacy..? Most unapproved chemists sell substandard drugs with insufficient active ingredients..

Your first line of treatment is topical antifungals..Clotrimazole cream , Miconazole Cream and the very effective but costly Terbinafine cream (Lamisil). For a course of 2 to 4 weeks you should have good results..

With recurrent infections the most effective oral medication for your condition is Terbinafine tablets. A two weeks treatment should definitely cleanse you of the fungi. Griseofulvin is cheaper and fine but needs a longer course of treatment. Itraconazole and Fluconazole are also good options..

Senna allata (ringworm bush) is an effective herb for the treatment of fungi. Pluck some fresh leaves of the herb wash and warm them abit with light flame. Squeeze out the juice and blend with coconut oil. Apply on the lesions as need be.

P.s Do run a blood sugar test to rule out diabetes.. Sometimes one of the early signs of diabetes could be recurrent fungi infections. In the absence of other noticeable symptoms I can't say you have Diabetes though. However an inexpensive blood sugar test is just good a reassurance

Yes have been trying to conceive for the past six years. Which was why I did the surgery .Despite how I have been managing to avoid lots of things that can make it grow.
Three Months after my surgery , I decided to go on my own for pelvic scan. it has started growing. And when I asked , I was told those ones I saw were those that was too small and life threatening for the surgeons to remove, so they have to leave it.
I tried everything within my power to stay alway from lots of things. Plans to visit the hospital this weekend.
