Please who has an idea of how many people got the NAE foreign Postgraduate scholarship last year (2015)?

I am just applying now. But the application i'm filling seems like its a job application and not for the scholarship. Is it that after filling this, then i would be allowed to fill for the scholarship or what? please help because i am confused like this.
