The 21 day cap a Nigerian President can be out of the country.

Nigerians , when late President Yar’Adua was out of th country for 70 days , the ‘doctrine of necessity ‘ was used to transfer power to President Jonathan and a 21 day limit was imposed as the max a president can be out of office otherwise he must transfer power to his Vice President.

President Tinubu is over 21 days now . I believe if Nigeria wants to emulate the American constitution that she copied then do so wholeheartedly. In the American constitution the President can spend his entire four year term out of thc country so long as he can be reached . It is when he cannot be reached that his Cabinet can take power from him and hand over power to his Vice President as stated in the 25th Amendment.

The company did shares reconstruction of 4 to 1. Divide what you have by 4. You might be at a loss.

Good evening, I need your help in understanding what Morgan Capital is up to, some things are not adding up in my portfolio.
First , as at last Friday, the worth of my portfolio was reduced by about 27%, I am still trying to understand why & today, I bought ftncocoa, earlier it reflected among my stock in the portfolio & the cash was deducted from my cash balance, just now I checked & to my shock, the stock (ftncocoa) is not reflected in my list of stocks.
