Some years ago, i have a pal, he was leaving in his house and i was leaving in a rented apartment. The moment he got to know i was building my own house, he came and checked. As a person currently on OMATEK ride, I can tell you that the reason for its 10% daily movement is almost all about SA.
Details have been repeatedly given here on what SA means and the factors which underlie it.
I could get out of OMATEK today anyway.

* How is it possible for NNPC not to be aware or involved in this process from the onset?
* While signing the agreement, is it possible for a representative of NNPC not to be present?

** Pengassan was reported to be aggrieved because they were not carried along......If the deal wasn't done yet, why will Pengassan be threatening strike?

* As for Ministerial approval, how are we sure the relevant minister wasn't aware and gave his consent? And how will the approval be difficult if the President wades into the matter?

** Please note that I'm just looking at the obvious here and not supporting or opposing OANDO.

In fact, even if I wasn't interested in OANDO before, I'll buy tashere units today with amount I can afford to lose based on this.
