Toke Makinwa will turn 35 this year but she’s only looking younger and her career is thriving better than ever. She’d occasionally drop pictures online and when she does, it’s usually a mind-blowing image.

He suffered from a deadly incurable disease at his prime. Fela Kuti was born on 15th October 1938 and died on the 2nd of August, 1997.

How did Fela Die?
According to Wikipedia, “On 3 August 1997, Olikoye Ransome-Kuti, already a prominent AIDS activist and former Minister of Health, announced his younger brother’s death a day earlier from complications related to AIDS. However, there has been no definitive proof that Kuti died from complications related to HIV/AIDS, and much skepticism surrounds this alleged cause of death and the sources that have popularized this claim. For example, it is widely claimed that Fela suffered and may have possibly died from Kaposi’s sarcoma, which is associated with HIV/AIDS infection. However, there are no known photos of Kuti with telltale lesions; moreover, Kuti was honored with a lying-in-state in which his remains were encased in a five-sided glass coffin for full public viewing.[ More than one million people attended Fela’s funeral at the site of the old Shrine compound. The New Afrika Shrine has opened since Fela’s death in a different section of Lagos under the supervision of his son Femi.

The Cops are investigating the death of a man that was found in the home of Arsenal footballer Mohamed Elneny in Cairo.

According to sources familiar to the case, Mohamed Elneny’s dad found the dead body and he notified the authorities immediately. Details surrounding the dead body are still unclear. Officials are yet to make an official statement but the man is believed to be a thief.

“Elneny’s father, Nasser, discovered the body when he stopped at the villa in the city of Mahalla al-Kubra, which is about 100 kilometres (62 miles) north of Cairo.

The incident was reported to police, who say the dead man had been attempting to steal electrical cables.

It is believed he was electrocuted during the theft.

The house was a new property that has been recently handed over by the Elneny family to a charity to be used as an office.

Elneny, who has returned to Arsenal after being on international duty with Egypt during the Africa Cup of Nations, was informed about the incident over the phone. ” BBC

Developing story. AirPeace Airplane almost killed all passengers aboard when it lost the front wheel while landing.

The landing gear collapses shortly after landing in Lagos, Nigeria.

This is the second time that an AirPeace aeroplane will have a tire problem withing a year.

Last January, passengers were thrown into panic as the tyre of an Airpeace plane blew off and made a loud sound while it was already taxiing for take-off on the runway.

Timi Dakolo’s wife accused pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of rape in a publicly aired interview. She claimed that Pastor Biodun raped her when she was 16 years old in her father’s house and accusation forced the pastor to step away from the church. Busola Dakolo revealed how Pastor Biodun rapped her in the interview and she has filed a police report against his alleged attacker.
