-Download Recovery Tools
-Download CWM recovery for ur i1s
-Place it in the root of ur SD CARD(not in any folder)
-Open Recovery Tools
-Locate the CWM recovery u downloaded.(it's in .img format)
-Select it. Then flashing begins.

-Switch off ur fone. Then power it on using volume up + power button together
-Scroll to Backup and Restore(using the volume button)
-Click on it, and select Backup.
-Then wait for backup to Complete.


Make sure there's enough space like 4gb in ur SD CARD before doing it.
