Face to face meeting can't be possible, I am in far away Abuja while he is in Lagos. I have tried my best to sort it with him on whatsapp but his delay tactics like he said make me bring the matter here.

We also pleaded for the delay which was as a result of my staff trained and always monitored for the opening of those accounts not around for a while.

His account was already verified on the 80% rating only for card to be added to make it 100% was delayed by our card issuer.

We gave him two options of helping him with the issue or we refund him N15,000 out of the N25,000 If he goes for the refund's option because cost of bank for verification, cost of phone number and account opening processing cost cannot be fully bored by us.

One can actually receive money into new USA Paypal account as goods and services but the only issue there is that it will be held for 21 days which can be reduced to just 7 days by marking it processed or by supplying tracking number. The account won't be limited.

But the case is different if the money sent to it seems or gets sensed suspicious by the robot which happened to him because he sent it from his UAE account operated on Nigeria IP which made the payment to be put on review and later got his account flagged.

The best way to receive money into new USA Paypal account is through Family/friend/gift system. We do help our clients to receive their goods and services payment with our Paypal account and then send net amount to their own account as family and friend for those that let us know their steps or carry us along or consult us further.

He sent me loads of dos and don't which totally negate the motive for which the USA PayPal was opened for to start with. I read everything, to include that I shouldn't do more than $100 at once (I wish I know that earlier. Why would I have to pay 25k just to be limited to just 100$ transaction?). Sir.... I want to believe you remember our discussion when you ask of the name i want the USA PayPal account to be opened with? I told you everything and you told me not to worry about that, that I only need to be re-arrange the name, so i dont know why you are bringng that up. Please do go through our chats from the beginning, except if you want to tell me that you are only concern about the #25k I paid you then. And did you also remember the account was not 100% verified as at when I sent the said fund to it? But you told me to go ahead and transact with it. Don't mind him. He mis-managed the account opened for him.

Imagine him sending payment as good and services with shipping address included and suspicious note as well included. He even did that from his UAE paypal having almost the same name as the USA opened for him of which he do operate with Nigeria IP.

They put the payment on 24 hours review which led to the account to be limited. We've given him option of partial refund of N15,000 out of the N25,000 he paid or we use the N15,000 to get him proof of address they required for the limitation removal process.

I will like to please let everybody help me beg @legalweath (Ijamexchange) to stop putting me on this waiting game he kept me on. Let him please provide the 100% verified USA PayPal account opening service I request/paid him a sum of #25k for in January. Which he promise that it will take just 2 weeks to setup. After the 2 weeks turn to 1 months with so many ignored messages and calls, what i got was a partly verified account which upon receiving a meagre sum of 97$ got limited upon all the promises and assurance. Now, I have a limited account with my fund trapped in it and Oga Legalwealth still have not done anything about it up til now. And to add salt to the injury, he said he will have to deduct 10k for a service not rendered and refund me 15k out if my 25k payment.
Note : This is someone that promise to handle it all and re assure me of no problem before I made that payment.
P. S : I am not here to fight nor trade words ooh....all I want is people to help me plead with him to sort this mess and make true his promises and he should stop ignoring my messages and making unfulfilled promises of getting back to me. #itisunfair
