Someone I met here received this exact mail and asked me. I did not know what it meant at first, so we waited and it turned out to be a denial. His passport was couriered back to him from Abuja with a refusal letter. He didn’t even need to go collect it normally with the yellow slips like before. It’s most likely a denial of your application after just one week if you have done biometrics and did paper route in VFS Abuja, but never called for medicals and did not submit upfront.

I did submit upfront medicals though. But all the same. Thanks for the clarification

Please what does this mean? I submitted a week ago via paper route in abuja. Do they now issue study permit in abj? Coz im confused.

Hi guys..with the stress i went through today at the submission center, i hope I'll get to avoid that for someone. Coz i ended up crying due to frustration.. Pls and pls, the section where you are to provide info about what you have being doing for the past 10 years. Is no joke. Since we are in 2018, your explanation must srt from 2008 and MUST end in 2018. I repeat MUST end in 2018. 2018 should begin that section. Even if you are still into dat activity or occupation, 2018 must begin that section. If you have more info to input. After validating and saving the form. Click on clear form and input more of your info and print out the page 4 alone which would be submitted along. Also, if you have traveled out befpre, make copies of your visa pages.. My body is still aching badly. But. Alhamdulilah i got to submit.. Goodluck

Abeg, dis application is giving me headache. Pls kindly mention the form to be filled. So far, i have filled application check list, application for study outside canada, family information. The confusion now is, i know the form to be submitted are 4 in numbers. Which one is the 4th one. Coz me i dont understand again

Good day every one, i also happen to be a silent reader but i have a question to ask. I received an email from dalhousie University yesterday afternoon telling me that due to some necessary courses missing in my transcript i have been recommended for a qualifying year admission in which i will do those missing courses in their uni then enroll for Msc proper the following year after passing those courses. Still awaiting the official offer letter though. My question now is, is this program recognized by the Canadian embassy and worthy of a study permit? I'm really scared guys. Would appreciate if any one can shed more light on this. Thank you

Hi everyone. Please i need genuine advice on this. I just applied for an msc program in canada but this thread of getting a canada visa is getting me scared coz my situation kinda put me in a tight spot. My husband is working in d USA and i wanna study in canada, also i have being denied a visiting visa to my husband in the US 3times now. My fear now is if this is likely to affect my canada study visa. Please fellow nairalanders how do you see this situation and how possible can it affect my study permit in canada? Thanks
